Villa La Palma
Villa La Palma is an old stone villa situated at waterfront of the island Sipan. Sipan is 20km away from Dubrovnik but a ferry goes to Dubrovnik by a regular timeline.
La Palma is perfect for vacation away from the crowd but still near one of the most popular places in Croatia - Dubrovnik. Sipan is also very close to two other Elaphite Island so guests have a choice to spent every day on a different place.
It's in the center of the small car-free village: Sipanska Luka (luka-harbour); everything is in 5 minutes walking distance and the promenade is full of nice restaurants and coffee bars. The long bay is full of elegant yachts and sailing boats.
The villa has a beautiful view on the bay from every room or terrace and the only thing that separates villa and the crystal clear sea is a palm tree in the garden.
There's two kitchens and two living rooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Everything is fully equipped and free for guests to use.
The arrangement for breakfast or half board can be made upon request, as well as boat docking. There's also a possibility to consume wine provided in the villa; the consumption is based on "honesty bar" principle.
