Luxury Villa Limoncello is located in coastal town Cavtat, 18 kilometers from Dubrovnik.

Villa was constructed in 17th century and was restored by a team of leading architect practice in London – Scott Brownrigg. After one year of hard work the villa became a luxury property with the spirit of the 17th century villa.

Two mature mandarin trees in the garden on the ground floor provides natural shade over 8-seated garden table. A set of stone steps leads to the first ground terrace that is connected with the house. There is a 10-seated table with shading and a hot tub allowing the guests to enjoy in beauties of Cavtat and open sea from comfort of whirlpool.

The ground floor offers a large kitchen and dining area with 12-seated table, guest WC, generous cloak and utility room, and an indoor heated swimming pool with multicolored lights within the pool.

Stone staircase leads up to the first floors' living room with large sofa that opens to a double bed, 42 inch TV, armchairs, large coffee table and a fire place. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, and three bedrooms and bathrooms on the second. Two bedrooms have twin beds which is ideal for friends and children; remaining three bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathroom. Master bedroom have a free standing bath tub. All rooms have a solid timber shutters that provide full black-out protection from daylight; their own, independently controlled air conditioning unit and smart TV with over 100 channels..

Speakers in the swimming pool, living room and dining and kitchen area can be controlled via guests' own smart technology throughout Sonos system.

The basement reveals a wine cellar filled with an impressive collection of Croatian wines, which can be consumed if arrangements are made with the owners.

Gourmet cooked breakfast can be brought to the villa from popular Café Zino. Arrangements can also be made for private chef from famous Leut Restaurant.

Cavtat is a small historical town and it is a popular tourist destination with a lot of restaurants on the seafront and it's full of small beaches. A beautiful promenade next to the sea is perfect for a walk before dinner.

There are buses that go to Dubrovnik center very often and there is a ferry that connects Cavtat with Mlini and Dubrovnik.
