Azzurro is facing right towards the south, above the sea, on the edge of a magnificent lagoon, enjoying all-day sunlight,and offering the sea and the beach at your fingertips and an unforgettable coastal views.
 
This beautiful and large terrace (46sq m), of cut stone, is situated on the edge of the dramatic "Miramare" bay of Dubrovnik . With a great view to the island "Lokrum," the open sea and the entire bay, from the "Bellevue" beach, and the Gulf coast of the peninsula to the "Dance" (from the monastery in the Middle Ages), buffered to the rear by the old fortress "Lovrijenac ". This breathtaking view of the blue sky and the clarity of the water gives the impression of sailing the high seas!
 
The overriding mood is one of peace and privacy in a typical Dalmatian setting, (which harmoniously combines the blue sky and sea, white stone and pine green), with both bedrooms, both terraces and gardens, all overlook the sea and the countryside.
          
 Owing to the relatively flatter terrain of this western part of Dubrovnik by the Old Town and Pile area, (in contrast to the steep terrain in the eastern part of Ploce) Azzurro apartment is easily accessible from the street, making for a destination suited especially for elderly Guests and for those Guests with small children.
 
 With all the above qualities, apartment Azzurro has another important advantage- The historic Old Town and surrounds are within approx 500 meters, or an 8 to 10 minutes walk.
 
Near the apartment is a beach, as well as bus stops, shops, restaurants, two five star hotels -the Bellevue (within 20 meters) and  Rixos Hotel ( within 100 meters).
Apartment Azzurro, consists of a spacious 90 sq m interior, including two bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. The two bedrooms are separated by a large central hall, which gives access to a generously sized main bathroom and all other areas of the apartment. The apartment has a  beautiful and spacious living room, dining room and large open kitchen. The whole apartment is comfortable, functional and made in the modern style.
Azzurro is typical of the Dubrovnik villas built of solid stone. The apartment has a garden and two terraces, one of 8 sq m and another of 46sq m, which beautiful furnished for 6. It was built of Brac stone carved with inxno-glass railing to the sea, which thus remains visible to the guests, while lounging.
All doors and windows of the apartment are made of solid wood with double-Siberian acoustic and thermal insulation. Azzurro is fully equipped with quality appliances: air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Internet / wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. .. Kitchen and two bathrooms are luxurious, functional and ready for use.
The apartment can accommodate 6 people to sleep, because in addition to two bedrooms with large comfortable beds, he has, in the living room, high quality sofa that easily converts into a comfortable bed for two.

NOTE: Minimum booking is three nights. For a shorter stay, please contact us by email. For bookings more than 7 nights, you need to pay in addition to the 20% booking deposit.

A bond of 400€ will be sought on arrival, when an inventory of the accommodation will be completed, noting any deficits to the property. A signed receipt will be issued, and the deposit reimbursed at check-out, provided no damage has been incurred to the property, as per final inspection.
