Fish Restaurant Proto - Dubrovnik
Located in the centre of the Old Town. Since 1886. Renovated in 2002.

Traditionally renowned for fish specialities prepared according to the old recipes of Dubrovnik fishermen. High quality of service and rich selection of local wines.
Restaurant PROTO is situated in the heart of the Old Town, on the corner of Siroka Street and Vara. Fish specialities, as well as popular meat dishes and carefully selected ingredients prepared by the best Dubrovnik chefs are served on the summer terrace as well as in the elegant interior.

Among its guests the restaurant also boasts Edward VIII, king of England, and Mrs. Simpson.
