Guests will be entranced on approaching the most exclusive rental property, adjacent to the Hotel Argentina, and overlooking the Old Town harbour. The approach to the Villa is through a portico where guests enter the main entrance door into a spacious hallway decorated in an elegant and opulent style, in keeping with the style of the entire Villa and grounds. From the hallway there is a study room offering internet access, a living room which leads onto the terrace and a dining room which can seat up to 12 persons. The professional kitchen is equipped for a chef to prepare meals to order. The lower ground floor provides restrooms for guests. The first floor comprises five bedrooms : Double (king size) room with en-suite bathroom and sea view; Twin room featuring two standard doubles with en-suite bathroom and sea view visible through arched windows ; Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, iPod docking stand, sea view and door leading from the bedroom out to a sea view facing balcony; Bedroom suite consisting of a lounge area, galleried sleeping area with double king size bed, en-suite bathroom, rear view; Double bedroom (King size) with en-suite bathroom and door leading out to terrace offering side sea view. The top floor, situated under the turquoise tile cupola features a media room which leads out to two large roof terrace offering breathtaking sea views. There is also a further bathroom on this level. Terraced gardens filled with Mediterranean plants such as magnolia and bougainvillea as well as palm trees descend down to the sea where there is a pool and Jacuzzi. The villa also features mooring for a boat up to 10m. All this and more awaits the discerning guests who will revel in this selection of property, and enjoy the views and ambience of one of the most romantic cities in the world- beautiful Dubrovnik.
