The top floor, situated under the turquoise tile cupola features a media room which leads out to two large roof terrace offering breathtaking sea views. There is also a further bathroom on this level.

Terraced gardens filled with Mediterranean plants such as magnolia and bougainvillea as well as palm trees descend down to the sea where there is a pool and Jacuzzi. The villa also features mooring for a boat up to 10m.
