Apartments Villa Mariner provide magnificent views,  and a very comfortable interior. The house has several terraces surrounded by lush Mediterranean foliage. You can either bask in the sun, or laze in the shade watching the sailing boats passing by. Some terraces enjoy full sunshine and others are in deep shade. The rustic BBQ area provides an al fresco dining area. Ideal for pool-side lunches. There is terraced beach, sun deck and mooring for a boat.  After indulging yourself in the city, you can rent a boat to the nearby Islands and bays by boat directly from house. There you can find some of the best seafood restaurant on Adriatic .  Located 5 km NW from Dubrovnik old city, direct on the coast, only 25 m from the sea. There is parking place for your car in front of apartment. General supplies can be purchased at shops 1200 m eastward from the Villa and apartments. An excellent seafood restaurant is just 300 m away, set on a pebble-stone beach.

Apartment Maslina (52 m2, 2+2 persons) Offers a double bedroom with sea views, kitchen, bathroom and living room that can also sleep 2. Magnificent views can be enjoyed from the generous outlook in the living room. There is a spacious terrace at the entrance. This apartment is brand new with a contemporary, comfortable interior, & comes equipped with air-con., SAT TV etc.

Apartment Rogac  offering 2 double bedrooms,(60 m2, 4 +2 persons) living room with possibility to sleep two extra persons, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The apartment is completely new and equipped at high standards - air-conditioned,  SAT TV etc.  The bedrooms have sea views, & most rooms have an adjoining balcony area with magnificent views. In front of apartment you have your own terrace with table for six people.

Apartment Taverna accommodates 4 persons (56 sq m): double bedroom; living room with double bed/sofa; dining room/kitchen; bathroom with shower. The apartment is air-conditioned and kitchen is equipped with double gas burners, refrigerator, sink, drawers, working surface and full cooking, eating and drinking inventory. The bedrooms & private covered terrace, offer sea views.

Studio apartments- The Studio apartments L or D- 30m2 (each accommodating 2 people) offer a double bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Finished to high standards - air-conditioned,  SAT TV etc. Apartment is brand new very modern design and comfortable interior.
