Located above Lapad's popular and elegant Promenade, Noble Villa was built in 1936 and renovated recently in 2004. The Villa offers a spacious 110 sq. meters , with high ceilings,  and is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the trendy Lapad, where the nobility of yesteryear once spent their vacations. Surrounded by large subtropical garden, with orange, lemon grapefruit trees. Located right on the elegant Lapad promenade, lined with cafe bars & restaurants, it is just 150 meters from main beach, vis a vis tennis courts, and 100 meters from city bus stop. Parking is available nearby. Historic Noble Villa represents the classic architecture of its time, while providing for modern needs with AC satellite TV set, kitchen, washing machine, and master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a sofa/double bed in the living room will sleep an extra two guests.  We look forward to greeting you on arrival of your flight, and provide free transfers to the Villa, where a friendly drink welcomes and relaxes you from the moment of your arrival!
