Rose of Dubrovnik Booking Procedure

To secure your booking with Rose of Dubrovnik, first notify us of your decision, and we shall confirm availability, which will be upheld for 48 hours to allow time for payment of the deposit , and also confirm the exact amount to be paid. Please note our minimum booking period is for four nights. Kindly note that:

A. You are required to complete the Booking Form , and

B. In most instances, you will required to lodge an approx. 15% deposit** to be paid, by Bank Deposit into our account, either from your branch, or by internet banking. The Bank account details you require to complete this are as follows:

IMPORTANT:** Receipts for your payment should be either scanned and emailed back to us, or faxed  to: 00 385 20 412 424.  Failure to do this will result in cancellation of the reservation. 

Bookings lodged within two weeks of arrival must negotiate alternative terms of the booking to secure the accommodation, as insufficient time may not allow funds for the deposit to clear. (eg- arrival airport transfer)

 C. The remainder of the payment owing, (which is the total minus 15% deposit, plus any incurred bank charges, plus the mandatory Croatian Visitors' residence tax of 1 euro per day per person. ) is due at arrival to your accommodation in Dubrovnik. This is required as CASH PAYMENT in euro, or in TRAVELLERS CHEQUES. At the present time, we do not provide credit card facilities.  

D. Our Cancellation Policy as outlined at our Terms and Conditions page.

E. Minimum bookings are taken for four nights in season, and seven nights ahead of season. Otherwise, several accommodations shown on our website will  stipulate a lengthier minimum booking period.

Check-in time is from 3.00pm, and check-out is by 11.00am. Luggage hold is available to the public at the Bus Station in Gruz.

Rose of Dubrovnik provides an airport or port transfer service at competitive rates.
